OOH there is asound in my ears!!!!!!!

There is asound heard without corresponding external sound present!!!!!! TINNITUS

[url]I will give u some advices to eliminate it...

1. avoid quiet places...(use music or noise level)

2. be absorbed in something. hobbies, work and other activities that demands attention...

3. sleeping:

*avoid occluding the ears by pillow.

*go to sleep late and whenever you're tired.

*go to sleep while listening to radio or any source of sound......
