I experience i change of pitch in my tinnitus when i move my jaw, the more energic my jaw movement is, the higher the pitch żdoes this reveal something useful about my kind of tinnitus? Thank you.

You can make changes like if you are consuming caffeine, get a mouth guard control your stress etc.
