MDJunction to me

nvrsubtle"Not having any local Bipolar support groups where I live, MDJuntion has given me a place in which people understand what I am going through and has given me a new outlook on life with support that is real and good. Without
the support that I receive from MDJunction, I would be wandering through
life with no one who understands me. I owe so much to MDJunction for giving
me a life line to help get me through the toughest times.

I have seen SO many doctors in the last few years, with no diagnosis.

I have had numerous thyroid test that all point in different directions.

My research has brought me here, and I am trying to gather as much information as I can before I see a NEW doctor on wednesday.

I would love any input you have for me. Specifically what tests I should be getting and what questions to ask.

Here is my list of symptoms I am taking to this new physician...

Main Symptoms for last few years

* Depression/Anxiety (I have taken prozac with good results, stopped to TTC, currently on Zoloft with no results..)

* Brain Fog

* Increasingly bad vision (especially at night)

* Extreme fatigue

* Migraines

* irregular cycles with severe cramping (checked for cysts last year, negative)

* infertility (anovulatory, used Clomid to TTC unsuccessful)

* weight gain

* low body temp

* patch of coarse hair on chin

* dry skin

* reoccurring kidney stones

Symptoms in the last year

* Hot flashes

* insomnia

* back pain

* swelling in hands,face and neck (Dr. suggested goiter, ultrasound negative)

* random Low blood pressure (passed out at gym)

* random low blood sugar

Recent symptoms

* Tightness in neck (can't stand shirt collars on neck)

* random nerve pain ( tingling in arms, feeling of water drops on hands)

* Left upper eyelid twitching

* waking up feeling extremely tired and hungover ( no alcohol)

I had a CBC done in December and it came back normal.

once had high blood calcium, suggesting para thyroid problem ( insurance wouldn't cover MRI

Have been getting sinus infections

? Food allergies or deficiencies

? hormone levels

? t4 thyroid test

?pituitary issue

-maternal great grandmother had thyroid tumor

I don't have any real advise I'm sorry! But I swear I could of written most of your post. My doctors have also given me Prozac and Zoloft over the course of the last 3 years. I've always felt like it help some of the symptoms, but then I had to deal with the side effects as well.

With all that being said I just wanted you to know you aren't alone. I hope you are able to find some relief, and or answers soon!
