I didn't have my spleen removed but I do have nerve damage (small fiber polyneuropathy) Fibromyalgia because of TTP. It's been 2yrs for me.I was just complaining to my doctor about being chronic fatigue and he said it goes along with fibromylagia. i about to try water therapy to see it that helps.
