I hope that with what I have lived through in those years, will be able to help all those who are just now going through. It is important to understand that even after 44 yrs, I am continuing to recover and to evolve. I just hope I can help others." (scotty04901)

hey haley, my name is sarah and i'm pansexual. i thought i was a lesbian for awhile but now i've realized that gender doesn't really matter for me. i'll date who i'm interested in rather than date just one specific gender. it's similar to being bisexual.

i know right now it's hard to figure out what your mind and body is feeling about guys and girls, especially being only 15. when i first realized i might like girls, i experimented. i didn't just get with any girl of course, but mainly just one girl i really liked who happened to like me back. it really helped in me see that i did like girls a lot. i think it'd be a good idea for you to wait until you find a girl worth your time and not one that you think will just hurt you. it's also pretty important to tell the girl you're interested in that you're unsure of your sexuality. if she is really sure she likes girls and you're not, you could hurt her pretty badly for just being your experiment. and who knows? maybe you guys will end up in a relationship together.

as for your guy friend that blocked you, well he wasn't that great of a friend anyway. no one deserves to be treated that way, and you'll make new friends, ones that will accept who you are.

i hope i've helped a bit and if you need anymore help, just ask. =]

heyy

sorry this is so late!

I decided not to go for her. but now i really want to date a girl. I live in chicago and theres a lot of gays/lesbians in the city but i live in the stereotypical "rich white kids" suburbs 15 minutes outside the city. there are NO girls here that arent preppy and straight and stuckup. it sucks!
