MDJunction to me

2steveb" In life we all have trials and tribulations to endure weather it be physical, mental or social. For me personally when i encountered MDJunction i was astounded. Since i joined MDJunction to me it has been a god send and a life saver. I have met and been able to converse freely with so many people in the same situation as myself, (that alone is a big help, to know your not alone) to be able to discuss and get good advice from a braud section of people. One of lifes hardest things is to discuss personal issues with friends/family and yet the mdj family is non judgmental and you will be made totally welcome to talk through any issue thats on your mind. There are forums for every known issue to mankind, to me MDJ.com has become my family extension, id be lost without these good people and the extremely good guide lines that group leaders help us all with to keep threads topical and friendly." How do you guys control yourself from not eating all day? I REALLY want to lose weight, and as soon as I get the okay from the doctor in 2 weeks I'll be hitting the gym, but diet is still the best way to lose weight. I'm home all day watching Emuna, generally on my own and I just constantly walk into the kitchen and grab snacks. I'm not even hungry, it's just out of boredom and not having anything else to do....

How do you guys control yourself from not walking into the kitchen and grabbing food every 20 minutes?

Maybe you could take your daughter out on walks in her stroller or take her to the park ya know? That way it gives you a bit of time to avoid food.

try healthy snacks. right after i had jake i ate a lot of carrots. now i eat baked potato chips, like a bag a day but still. haha.

and i know i didn't really want to eat when i first had jake and now all i do is eat so i totally understand. just try to remind yourself that you'll be happier skinnier. haha.
