Medicaid and SSI

With the recent changes to Medicaid, I've been wondering something. Maybe it's just me, but I would be interested in knowing others thoughts.

Will the level or quality of care go down for those that are disabled and receiving SSI ?

Will a Physician know, without asking, if you are receiving Medicaid due to disability or due to lack of income alone ?

Obama will destroy America trust me.Yes we'll be in the system..I wish I'd die already.The crap they call SSI/Medicaid is a joke!
