Stress Management Support Group

I've been going thru alot lately...Anniversaries of events, deaths, loss, and tomorrow is another. The death of my sister Pam, 3 years ago...I have tried not to think of it, to focus on Mothers Day instead, but I can't...So I'm crying a little, trying to put things in order in a way...But I do feel very stressed, and cranky,,,There were lots of issues with us,,,still I can't find a way to set them aside or resolve them...The hurt and anger are still there, and it makes me feel awful that I can't forgive her...I want to ...
