Hi Everyone - I'm Ava and a mum of 2 preschoolers. I also mind a one year old so my house is quite busy! I quit smoking 2 months ago and this past week my stress levels have been so high. I've been losing my patience with the children a lot and I feel just terrible afterwards. Sad

They can be naughty as all children are but I should be more patient! Before I quit smoking I could go outside and take a few minutes to have a cigarette and pull myself together but now I'm not sure what to do to relieve stress. Exerise is difficult for me because I have back problems. I'm waiting to start a yoga course soon and I'm hoping it will help.

Anyway that's my story - I guess I could do with some stress management exercises other than deep breaths and counting to 5! So if anyone knows of anything that would help I'd be very grateful! Smile

Please note I am not a Doctor, my advice is from personal experience only. Ava :)
