She sent me this and wanted me to let you all know:

"For those still thinking of me. I just want to send the word out that I am okay. Kids are okay. Husband still manic. Just have NO energy to write anything on board. I officially hit a stage where things like this are hard for me. I hope the group understands. I think by next week I will gather enough energy to sit and write an update. Send my love to those looking for me, or those who haven't forgotten us!

Thanks so much!

Much Love,

Seem"

All of my advice is based on experience and reading. I am not a medical doctor, and have never even played one on TV.

YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE IT!!!! IF I DID...ANYONE CAN.

Forgiving does not erase the bitter past. A healed memory is not a deleted memory. Instead, forgiving what we cannot forget creates a new way to remember. We change the memory of our past into a hope for our future.” Lewis B. Smedes

I am not a doctor, my advice is purely my opinion.

Its funny, I was just thinking of Seem the other day, so thanks for the update Smile
It isn't my husband's fault he has an illness. It is his responsibility on how he treats it so he doesn't hurt others or himself in the midst of it.

My opinion, is just that, I am here to share my experience, strength and hope to those whose lives have been affected by this disorder :)
