MDJunction to me

saralaurie"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

Oooh I like it!

If your BPSO is suddenly talkative and nice to you about half an hour before trying to get you into bed - ITS SKILLET TIME!!!

Reminds me of one of my favourite songs called "It's business time". I'm gonna sing along with "It's SKILLET Time. Check it out:

It's lollie's figurative description of what we could do to our spouses when they need a wake-up call! (Iron skillet upside the "hay-id" ((southern accent)))
You are worthy of respect, love, and empathy. Choose life, find your joy, find your passion.

Please see a licensed counselor for professional direction. All I can provide is my best advice.

If your spouse doesn't let you go to the pdoc, it's SKILLET TIME!!!

If your spouse gets angry when you suggest a med adjustment, it's SKILLET TIME!!!!

If your spouse says "I have to make changes in my life but so do you," it's SKILLET TIME!!!!

(Thanks, LC, for the thread!!!!!!!)

All of my advice is based on experience and reading. I am not a medical doctor, and have never even played one on TV.
