I figured it out tonight. It wasn't a mean Mr. Rogers, my husband's dr. sounds exactly like THE CHURCH LADY!!. Same voice, same inflection. I was waiting for him to say, "Isn't that special."!! I almost busted out laughing a few times. We are working on a different dr./counselor team minus the church lady. Hopefully that was our last appt. with her...I mean him.

I shouldn't have watched the best of Dana Carvey last weekend! (choppin' broccoli!!!)

YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE IT!!!! IF I DID...ANYONE CAN.

Forgiving does not erase the bitter past. A healed memory is not a deleted memory. Instead, forgiving what we cannot forget creates a new way to remember. We change the memory of our past into a hope for our future.” Lewis B. Smedes

Satan and Santa have the same letters, said Church Lady.
All of my advice is based on experience and reading. I am not a medical doctor, and have never even played one on TV.

When we were leaving his office, he said, and I'm not joking, "now you just get on out of here and have a good weekend!, thanks for coming!" I'm just thinking, what do these office people and nurses who work here think of this strange, silly man? At least he didn't call Bob "hun" tonight. He did hand the scripts to me and I immediately handed them to Bob.
