I can't help but feel like the fact that the judge was using me marrying a 29 year old against me as being predjidice. It seems like this alone would be grounds for apeal?

My attorney /who sucked says it's not. She won't represent me again. I doubt I could get my hepotologist to testify again, it took me a year to talk him into it the first time. He really didn't want to. Then the judge treated him so badly. I spent practically 2 years trying to find someone to take my case.

If the judge says no, which seems likely, do I apeal or start over?

Diedre ~

You need to find an attorney to appeal to the appeals council, that is what you have to do after a judge turns you down. My first attorney refused to continue in the case after the judge turned me down. I finally found a new attorney that only does appeals work. I found him through calling my local bar association. After several calls to I can't remember how many attorneys finally... one game me the name and number of my present attorney.

As for you husbands age...I don't know what that has to do with anything???

The reason I had a hard time finding an attorney to beigin with was because if I won I would only be eligable for $250 per month.

So the back pay percentage that the attorney would get only equals, $1500.

most attorney won't even look at you for that.

You would think that if it was only 250/mo ss would not be so stingy with the money?
