I was approved back in the middle of Feb.2009.They keep depositing little bits of money. Still not paid everything.

Such a long process. But at least after 10 months of all this I was appoved. I was approved for lupus. They said I would have got it quicker if my brain damage was put in . But I was approved without it. I was told about the brain thing after I was approved.

So finally for sure I was approved. Just wanted to share with you.

At the end of the process, I contacted the governer, a congressman. I sent emails to everyone I could think of to help me. I was coming down to the last day of my medical insurance. So I needed some help. Boy did they help me. In two weeks I was approved! Gen

Gen- I'm SO happy for you! Especially, since your insurance was about to run out. I'm glad that you were able to get approved before that happened.

I hope that you get the rest of your money soon. Please continue to visit us here in the SSD Advice group. I'm sure that you can offer valuable information to help others in their requests/need for SSD.

Gettinoldsucks,

Yes that was my biggest worry. I was so happy when I got to pay for my cobra. Now I'm hoping with the stimilis bill I wont have to pay all of it. Still waiting for a answer from the insurance. They are having a hard time with my question.

But your right one less thing to worry about. I need my insurance so bad with everything going wrong in my body!! LOL Gen
