I think this guy will win his ssdi but they are for sure wasting the govt moneies. The dude has spent three times in mental health ward in the last few years. Or more not sure I think one was out patient.

I dont think they realize how they make people mental issues worse doing all this.My daughter was in hospital May 30-June 6th and shes in again.She seen their CE inbetween shes been in hospital 10 times in 6 years but 8 times was since 2010 to now

I agree with what everyone has said. It is just throwing money down the drain. My psychical exam was not even noted in my approval letter. The hospital they sent me too charged them $1000 for the xrays taken on my back and my back pain is very mild and had zero to do with me being unable to work. I think the ALJ did mention the psychological CE (barely) but it really had no impact according to what the ALJ wrote.

I think where pshyc Drs are specialist they may care a bit more everyone I no seen regular MD for CE was in the nasty places thats scary
