Okay so my disability case was dropped..........or so I thought.

I just get a letter yesterday from San Antonio stating that my disability hearing is still for Nov. 15th and on the back it didn't have Bill Gordon and Associates but the lawyer they assigned me.

Okay this is all confusing

First I get this letter and that letter stating notice of withdrawal and now oh you still have it wtf?

Now unless something happened where they got a mix up Idk. I gotta go to the social security office anyway on Monday, was gonna go on Friday but I forgot Veteran's day lol

Also gonna call Bill Gordon and maybe it's something simple. I HOPE!!!

Yeah your confusing all of us. So social security appointed you a new lawyer ?
How can I be a doctor when I spend much of my time visiting them ?

I've never heard of SS appointing a lawyer.. You may want to reread your letter.

I think she meant the lawyer that BG & Assoc assigned to her...

My last letter from SSDI didn't even mention my lawyer or the firm name...

Yea that's what I mean, the lawyer that BG gave me lol no social security doesn't give you a lawyer.

Hun you might want to flip the letter on the back and see if it was there. It might be ya never know.

It would be after the two little c.c's

Oh, I definitely checked. I worked in corporate America for 20 yrs so that was the first thing I looked for, to be sure my lawyer had already been notified. Nope, I had to mail the letter to the lawyers.
