Yes, I have noted physical on my application. And they are documented with my doctors, and i have more than one dr who has said that I have physical disabilities.

This is great news soul I wish you much luck and will keep my fingers and toes crossed. keep us informed when you get the news good or bad. My diagnosis was physical. SSA sent me for a mental exam.

Mine was physical as well but they sent me to mental doc as well and he dx'ed me with a few things which lead me to get mental health doc as well. So the ce exam isnt all that bad.

I forgot to add- I wasn't allowed to see the SSA's psych report. My attorney tried to get it, but SSA wouldn't let her have it. They told to her, too, that I couldn't have it. That I didn't need to even try.

Fibro thats kinda weird they wouldnt turn that over to you I was told from the beginning that if I wanted it the lawyer would have to request it. they done so and it took about two months to get in it my hands.

I feel like fibromyalgia is the diagnosis dujour same as bipolar. Since I'm only 32, they may use my age against me. If I'm forced to go to work though, I'm only going to get fired for being sick all the time....duh. I got fired from my last job for letting the fibro-fog get the best of me, however since I only worked three days, I did not qualify for unemployment. Also, my spouse does not support disability. He thinks I'm just lazy and emo. He thinks disability is just lazy people robbing the government. So I tell him I'm waitign for a special kind of health insurance, lol...not mentioning SS yet.
