Why wear a ribbon?

MDJunction to me

suebaby41"I was recently diagnosed with Recurrent Breast Cancer In The Chest
Wall. I would not be able to handle it as well as I am without the
help of my MDJunction friends. It just proves to me that there are
lots of good people in this world and I am happy to be involved with
MDJunction who seems to have most of them.

I did get to see this judge dismiss three cases right in the row for people being late to there hearing. One was a kid maybe 22-25 that walked in three minutes late.
How can I be a doctor when I spend much of my time visiting them ?

Wolfman, I have to go to my hearing in Jax in Nov. I too was told that getting unemployment didn't matter by ssa. Plus they told me that mine was under the SGA amount. Sounds like this matters. I have severe social phobia, bipolar and osteoarthritis in my right knee. I was wondering if you could familarize me with the layout in Jax building. Like how far do you have to walk from parking to building. I have a walker and a cane and don't know which would be more useful. I have two psychiatricists who have written letters for me but have not been able to get my family doctor to write anything because he said he is only band-aiding my knee and I need to see a orthapaedic doctor. No insurance and no money. It's all I can do to see the three I do and fill prescriptions. Thanks for helping.

Yea, he indicated that I would be approved but couldnt give a bench desicion because they lost my paper work that states I have sever nerve damage. I forget the termonolgy but yea. So that put me back even further. I called yesterday and SSA told me my claim was in PC. Does anybody know what that means? I dont!

Cricket the parking lot right in front of the building is for ssa hearing parking about 75 feet to the door. 4th floor elevators real close to the front entrance. DO NOT BE LATE TO THIS HEARING. These folks take no excuses. I was about 40 minutes early just in case my lawyer came early so we could chat more.

Cricket if you get an fair up front judge unemployment matters.

I do expect an speedy decision from this judge. For some odd reason even though I meet all the terms as disabled and with the vocational expert telling the court I could do no job in the market I still kinda expect that judge to deny based solely on unemployment. I can't stress this hard enough that anyone drawing unemployment and fileing for social security to make sure you come clean with it and darn sure shut it off... I know we have familes to feed but when you go before that judge you are also admiting your not disabled when you file each weeks unemployment. Pointed out big time right from the start.

Thanks wolfman! I have a woman judge with a 54% approval 37% denial rating, rest is dismissal. My unemployment stopped in Jan this year and I have been upfront with them and my representative about it. Maybe they will just start it in Jan. when unemployment ended. I hope so. Mostly just very worried about EVERYTHING! I get panic attacts just thinking about it in my head. I know my family doctor not doing a report doesn't help. But thanks for your input. Oh, is it crowded there? mine is at 9;30 and I am spending the night in Jax so to be there an hour early also to meet the rep from Binder and Binder. Thanks again!
