Just curious what everyone's wait times where after their hearing before the judge sent his or her decision? Its been two days for me and I know it will be a while, but the wait is just awful. Are most approved at the hearing? Has anyone here been denied at the hearing level?

It's only been two weeks since my hearing, and still no decision. I tell you.....it's been the longest two weeks of my life. It seemed like I "lost" time before, with the time flying by so fast I felt like part of my life was wasted. Now time is crawling Sad

I've heard you have your highest chance of approval at this stage.

It took 3 weeks after my hearing to get the denial letter from my ALJ. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks.

My letter also came in about three weeks, but my attorney told me it could be up to three months which is totally crazy! I wish you the best of luck. Smile
