Smile Smile W00t Devil i just have to share with everyone my news of favorable to me for my ssdi. first my son brought me in the mail, and i seen the later, i was scared to open it. but i did, as soon as i read it m it , i think i was going to have an anxiety attack , but not a bad one, if that is possible. i started crying , and could not stop, i felt so overwelmed. i could not sit still. well i got thru it. well you read on here of people getting a letterr first, or a phone call maybe. well about a half hour after getting my letter in mail, i get the PHONE CALL. so i got both right in a row, and the man on phone told me that i was fully favorable, after getting myself calmed down, i was stunned to hear this man tell all of this info to me. he was ver y nice. this was all on a sat. too. I am from Ohio by the way, i went thru toledo area. i applied June 2,009' but i left my last job May 28th 2008. so the man on phone told me they went back to NOv. 2008. I thought was very good. a little bit of backround, i used ALLSUP, after 1st denial. we put in for on the record decision back in Aug2010. i also contacted my local representive for our area. we are in the middle of foreclosure on our home, terrible i know. so many people losing their homes over waiting for SSD, shouldn't be happening. I am thankful i do not have to go to court. i am not sure when i will get any of money, but you know, i always said if i could get just an approval, at least i would know and the money would come sooner or later. we just got our federal taxes back , so we are ok for now , paying bills, and disconnect notices, etc. well sorry this was so long if i can answer any questions, i will. i woke up this morning , and feel like this was just a dream. i can;t believe it. the pain is still there, both of sisters said to me , "maybe you will start feeling better now" people think that just because you got your money, that suddenly your pain disappears! I do not think so . my pain of rsd has been in high gear these last couple weeks, not to mention fibro, DDD,spinal stenosis, my body hurts as soon try to move to get out of bed, EVERYDAY. not mentioning everything else i deal with. i really am going to get off now. thank you for listening, everyone take care , and hang in there for ssd'

i have to correct something i learned, they did approve me from May 28th, 2008. that is when i last worked, and that is when i wanted them to go back to. Nov. is with my 5 mths. , delay ?? time,. help me, i cannot think of the word. you all know probably what i mean. they said it will take 60 days for my ssd to kick in, in the mean time, i do qualify for SSI also, because we are below income level. so I will be getting that also which will come first she said, (social security office) i can expect my first check on March 3rd. i also got my kids sighned up, and my 19 yr. old had to sign himself up, i took him there of coarse. and he will be getting some back pay in his name , that will go to me, for the time until he turned 18 yrs. old. i really have to say that my mind is feeling better only, my pain is still there, and i going to be scheduled lower back surgery soon. RSD is getting the best of me, i feel horrible physcially anyway, sometimes its hard to be happy, you know what i mean? well thanks for listening again. take care everyone burnedbody

Congratulations on your approval!!! Gives me hope...

Allsup is a Social Security Disability Representation I am using them and they are very helpful. They help with all the paper work and keep an eye on your claim with ssa. There website is www.allsup.com .
