I working on my final project right now for my technical writing class. I chose to take the class in a class room instead of online to work on my exposure. I feel way better then i did 4 years ago. I haven't taken any meds, i just force my self to get out and socialize. Every now and then i get hit hard with my anxiety so i just lay low for a little and get right back out there......

Im doing a presentation for my final this Thursday, wish me luck! Smile

Ok... I made it!

I started feeling some anxiety on the way to school, not too much. I think i was too tired for it to really get going, or maybe it wasnt going to happen. I just focused on homework, my presentation. I was supposed to go second and then the teacher said the first person didnt show up so i was first. That kind of caught me off guard but i was ready. Your not going to believe this, were were only supposed to talk for 10 minutes. Which I thught would take for ever. I TALKED FOR 305 MINUTES, lol..... crazy.... I think i was so worried about everything i went to long.... I didnt get a chance to talk to my teacher, i will email her and let you know what she said about my presentation...

but anyways,,, it was ok i think, very little anxiety...... but im glad it over with.

I also have to take a speech class, its part of my associates degree.... that should be interesting... but i really think exposure helps, little by little...
