 Hi, My name is Jennifer. I am 38 yrs old. I have been smoking since I was 9 yrs old. I am trying to stop. I am using the patch. But now I am really irritable and I am taking it out on my husband. I am making him irritable to now. What can I do to change this? I think I might have picked the wrong time to stop smoking. I am in pain from a total Hysterectomy that I had on Nov.7, 2008. I really need someone to talk to.

 first off there is no wrong time to quit you have to realize that smoking dosent make the pain go away or make things less stressful it only adds to those things. I was a 3 pack a day for 30 yrs quit cold turkey over 5 weeks ago. may I suggest a great book, quit smoking the easyway by alan carr a must read it helped me thru that first week
