I'm trying so hard to put these cigarettes down, and they seem to go hand-in-hand with other addictions, too.I keep falling down on it.... today, I took Chantix. I wanted to do this with God's help only ! I know He makes medicine....but, He's also all-powerful. We can do ALL things through Christ....why am I not getting through this withdrawal phase?

you will my advice quit cold turkey the withdrawals are gone in about 72 hrs after a week you should get a better handle on it. I have been smoke free for over 5 weeks doing it that way. either way though it will get better just give it a couple of days and drink lots of water

Hey Bet,

I too thought that God and Ghrist could be a strong enough reason to remove all barriers. Please read my profile, my plate was FULL!

For me wellbutrin 300mg after about 2 months was my MIRACLE CURE.

Also recovery from other substances was 3 months behind me, I wanted to get over the hump with those first. Regardless of your faith and your view of nicotine Bet

YOU MUST PRIORITIZE YOUR RECOVERY and do so in balance.

Love you,

Jeff Davis
