Just giving a Shout Out to Our SmokeyJo who had the Courage to Quit Smoking and LIVE Addiction FREE when she has Stage 4 Emphysema! Now, let me ask you guys, What could be more stressful than facing the need to have a lung transplant? I can't think of much of anything! Yet, JoJo is a daily inspiration to us all with her humor and dedication, spreading the news about smoking cessation and Emphysema wherever she goes! THANK YOU, JoJo for all your inspiration and tireless efforts to help other people make the right decisions for their Health and Happiness!  My advice is purely personal! I am not a medical professional and there is no substitute for getting Medical diagnosis and advice!
