I quit smoking for 12 years after my Dad passed away. Started back up on that bad B-day, got to stop, be back after some sleep. No more of this!

I quit. March 12th. u can do it! I got help from everywhere. Community programs, Phil Mckenna CD's, here and 3 other sites and more. It makes the difference. Picking the quit date and then sticking to it and asking 4 help. Msg me if U need to.
