Hi, Herro, welcome to the group, glad to have you with us, not sure why you might be waking up stuffed up, does your machine have a humidifier?

WElcome Herro. Do you have any sinus troubles? Sometimes it takes you sinuses a little longer to adjust to your CPAP. Like Carmen asked Do you have a humidifirer? Is it adjustable? Some have a heat setting maybe you just need to play with the settings until you find what is best for you. In the mean time stick with us and we'll stick with you to get you through the adjustment

the house being dry can do it to you, I know my sinuses suffer with dry air, either from the heating during the winter or from the a/c during the summer, if I fail to put water in my machine I can tell.. add to that the machine tends to dry you out anyway, I keep a nasal spray with me most of the time and use it if it gets too dry ..

My CPAP has a humidifier it really helps if you turn up the heat on it. Then I dont wake up as stuffy.

Does the warmer water help you Angel? I added some warm water to my machine last night, and kinda felt like I was drowning, lol, after it cooled off, then I was fine.. maybe i am just use to the colder water.

I like the warmer. I found if I didnt have it warm my nose would bleed.

Good for you! I'm glad to hear your starting to get through the night. It takes some time to figure out your machine and what features it does have. i'm glad you are sticking to it.
