nowwhat hi and welcome to our forum. I have seen you post in the fibro forum. How long has it been since you were diagnosed with fibro? have they looked into sleep disorders yet. If not ask your doctor about it. You may be 15 but you have a right to participate in your health care. Alot of patients with Fibro have sleep disorders. The fatique from fibro is bad enough but when you add a sleep disorder it is nearly impossible to function. Please let us know and if you have any questions feel free to Pm me. My name is Karen I'm the group leader of this forum

Even if you dont have the apnea you might be able to get something to help you fall asleep.

I actually havn't been diagnosed with fibro. I've been looking into it and i tried to talk to my mom about it but she writes me off as being depressed.

Often people with fibro get told they are depressed. Relatives dont always understand the pain we have. You need to talk to the dr. and also tell them of your sleeping problems. Tell him the trazodone isnt working. Good luck. Im sorry your mom doesnt understand.
