Hi Everybody, Judging by the fact that no one else even has an inroduction on here, I'm not even sure I needed to write one. But since I'm a newbie on this group, I wanted to take a minute to say hi to everyone. My name is Savannah. I was diagnosed with Central Sleep Apnea as well as Obstructive Sleep Apnea about a year ago, no they are not mixed. I sleep with a full mask religiously and wake up choking when I fall asleep without it. The last time I was at the doctors and they had to test my blood oxygen it was at 98% so I can only conclude that my machine and my mask are working with no problems....especially cause I keep waking up every morning, which is the general idea!! I also have Lyme Disease, which is the more pressing issue at the moment and I'm starting to wonder if it is possible that the Lyme may have caused this problem in my brain to begin with. Has anyone else ever considered this theory? Please send me a note to say hi. I'm anxious to hear your theories and stories about how your CSA and OSA is going. ~ Savvy ~*Savvy*~ |
