Since I've been on a CPAP things have been better. I notice that when I don't use it, My dreams are confusing like drunkeness, but then again I get anxiety loops that are similar to my anxiety disorder during sleep. Then when I do wake I may not care to get up or be able to think of a reason to get up which seems associated with my depression. I may start Provigil which is sometimes prescribed for excessive daytime sleepiness associated with apnea.

Working in construction, even with all the physical activity, it would sometimes take until lunch to "wake up". My heartbeat and breathing rate just don't want to "wake up".

Anyone identify with any of these conditions and their possible symptoms?

Jeff, I am really thinking you can add fibro to the list. Seriously, the fatique goes beyond normal tiredness. It is like brain fog, energy drained from your body, can't do normal activities. We have so many things in common its scary sometimes.

Car accidents are also notorious for bringing on fibro.
