I just stareted MSM today and my Dr. told me I would not notice relief right away but within a few weeks it could help with the joint pain. I also have fibro so I am hoping it will help with that too.

Have any of y'all tried MSM for either one?

Thank y'all in advance! Smile

Gentle healing hugs (((( )))))

MSM may help treat or relieve pain of arthritis caused by worn cartilage in joints -- a condition known as osteoarthritis.

Methylsulfonylmethane (also known as MSM) is a dietary supplement.

I am not a doctor and my advice is purely my opinion which should be regarded as such!
