Developed weird food allergy..

I was eating a kiwi the other day and oh my! My tongue started swelling and burning as well as my lips and I started wheezing really bad. I love kiwi and the last time I ate it before yesterday was about a few months ago this reaction has never happened. Could it be linked to SS? Is anyone else allergic to kiwi or even aware of it?
