Single Parents Online Support Group

I have been a single mom for 12 yrs and have never been a part of a group before, but it sounds like fun and cant wait to start hearing other moms trials, and hopfully share some of mine. Its a journey and learining experience to do this parenting thing alone, cant see anything cooler than meeting new friends who have been there and bought the t shirt lol So please...someone show me the ropes on the groups ins and outs, and i would be more than happy to hear all of your storries!

Hi I have been a single mother for almost 14 years. I was also only almost 16 when I had my first child. I now have 3 children, and can't have anymore. I've worked for most of the 14 years, besides the past 4 years. I went to school for a bit and decided there's no way I can go to school, work, and take care of 3 boys. My youngest, who is 4, has learning disabilities and anger problems. He's a handful and we've been through a lot! I love him to death. My middle son is 7, and pretty much the perfect child. My oldest will be 14 in June and is going through all the raging hormone stuff right now :/ So, that's just a little bit about my children. Welcome to MDJ

I have 5 children 3 girls and 2 boys. I have been a single parent off and on for 5 year which I know sounds funny but me and my husband have split and gotten back together. In my case even when we are together I am a single parent or so it seems. My youngest son has some medical issues, 3 of the other 4 have ADD, and I had my first child at 16. I don't have many friends since I don't have much time to go out and do things. That is why I initially came to mdjunction. I have met some wonderful ppl and hope do continue to do so. Welcome

Hi I too am a single mom to 2 boys and a girl. You are NOT alone. I know it is very challenging to be a parent-let alone a single one. I just signed up with this today because I really feel alone and helpless alot.
