 I am not one to jump in and begin a prescription or even over the counter drug.

Has anyone found any natural cures for SHINGLES?

I know I should:

1. Drink plenty of water.

2. Exercise

3. Eat a well-balanced diet

4. Avoid stress

All of these I have tried to keep from my youth up, and yet and I am going away sorrowfully. No, I don't have great wealth. (Almost sounded Biblically).

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH SOME IDEAS FOR HERBS, etc.

I have also read the Aveeno Baths help.
