 It's been nearly five years since I had my first, and so far, only shingles outbreak. Thank God. However, I continue to have pain and itching in the area. I've tried many topical treatments, prescription medications like amitryptylline, rubbing alcohol and aspirin. Anyone know of anything new or have any other ideas. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
