Welcome to the group, thank you for presenting a side we haven't touched on yet. We here are mostly the survivors. Many of our mothers did not do the right thing like you did. Which is to protect your child. Please don't take responsibility for what your husband (I assume x-husband) did. There is no way you could have known that he would do something like this. Many of us also have mothers who are not supportive. It is nice to know there are others who have a supportive parent to help them through, unfortunantely we have to work through the issues by ourselves. He will get better as he wants to. I'm sorry your family had to experience this...no one should. Lori |
