1-Worst level, emotional pain of any kind is extreme and severe, flashbacks bad, nightmares bad. 2,3,4- Varying degrees of emotional pain of any kind, flashbacks, nightmares 5- Best level, emotional pain stable, if nightmares/flashbacks are present they are stable i'm a 5! about to get clean, get a good night's sleep, then it's parade day tommrrow! OH, everybody remember (to who it applies) it's daylight savings again! so everybody who it applies to, turn your clocks ahead an hour! Diamonds are only made under extreme pressure. So let's sparkle baby :)
