1-Worst level, emotional pain of any kind is extreme and severe, flashbacks bad, nightmares bad.

2,3,4- Varying degrees of emotional pain of any kind, flashbacks, nightmares

5- Best level, emotional pain stable, if nightmares/flashbacks are present they are stable

About a 4 right now......just wanting whatever this is to actually leave my system, I still don't feel good.

About a 4 here too. Dreams again, but not triggering.
