Possibly an F, just in case....

Hi. I could really use some advice. My t knows about some past experiences. Sometimes I have residual effects. The thing is, I am TERRIBLE at talking about this stuff. I don't use proper anatomy or language. So communication about this is tough which is frustrating.

Also, the few times my therapist has mentioned spcific words or gotten closer to what I am talking about, I get mad at her Ermm .

Any advice, sharing, etc. would be most welcome.

Thank you.

Just tell her that you need to use the language you need to use. Any therapist worth the title should go at your pace.
