 Hey everyone im new to this group and am going through alot emotionally right now. It is very hard for me to admit and talk about this stuff but i have to its eating me up. i have a therapist but its hard to look someone in the face and talk about EVERYTHING this is really hard but easier. thanks everyone

 Welcome to the group I know it is hard to talk about sexual abuse but the more you talk about what happened the easier it get and you start to heal.

 Welcome to the group Lynn1. Nanc is right it is the secret that is eating you up. I understand though, I'm sure we all do. Trusting the other person not to be judgmental is very hard. a therapist is nonjudgmental and safe at first. We can help too, but the more you tell it the better you feel. If you need to feel free to write me privately.
