 Just a quick question, is it ok to post graphic memories that I just need to get out of my head so to speak? I mean as long as they are marked as such, is there a problem doing so? Just been haunted by something recently and would like to try to release it. Wanted opinions first.

 I think as long as you label it as graphic and highly sensitive..it should be ok. We don't have it read it if we know it might be difficult for us to read. Perhaps a few words in the opening lines reminding us that is very triggering may be appropriate as well.

 We are here to deal with sexual abuse, so people should expect things to be somewhat graphic here. I agree that it should be labeled sensitive and that it is graphic. So the ones that are having a difficult time don't read it and have more troubles.

We are here for you bunny-fly and everyone else that needs it. If it helps you then I don't think it is a problem. You may want to run it by someone first. See if they think it is too sensitive.

Have you asked the leader of the group? Lori would know if it is okay. If it is too graphic then she, or you, can edit it out.

 It's ok as long as you label it. Maybe it should say WARNING rather than Triggering. If you want more than one opinion you either have to pm several people or just put it out there on the board.

 That is why I posted it as a forum queation. I wanted to hear from those that are active here and know what they thought before I wrote anything. Lori, if you want me to PM you with it first, I will, other wise I will probably throw it outhere Thurs. since I have the night off. Thanks for the input.
