Sex Addiction Support Group

Hi, I just wanted ro ask your opinion on somethings. Here we go: If you had a compulsive addiction with phonesex chatlines for over 10 years and had been caught out so promised ro get help to quit, would you be able to resist temptation for a couple of months until an appointment with a psychiatrist became available or would your addiction make you give in and find a way to act out despite your partner having disposed of all mobile phones and blocking the adult channels on sky? Also if over the past months you had found that your sa partner had responded to an advert in local paper quoting: for no strings fun in your area text bla bla bla to 1234 and found that they had paid for an account on adultfriendfinder giving specific details about themselves, size, looking for etc would you believe them when they explained that it was just for phonesex? Your opinion please? Thanx

Some men are addicted to phonelines and adult chat lines plus porn. thats how the phone services get rich. My Opinion and Pennys worth Hope it helps you. But the SA needs to stop before things get too bad. Ron

I have a really hard time turning women away, I think I get were you are going with this post, the old sexual addiction, it comes in all forms and varies in all degree's..what a curse. Well I can say I am a strong willed man but if I had to wait to talk to someone who is a so called expert in the field of helping people, 1st I am going to resent the person trying to make me go and 2 I will do it all the more. Relationships and divorce rates are over 50 percent for a reason..its not easy to make it work ya know. A ten year habit of calling women and wasting funds is not okay, he needs help now, I was full of s**t before and said I could handle it blah it was a lie..

Normally, people will go from phone sex, internet chats to actual meet & greets. The main thing is the sa is willing to go and seek help. It's never an overnight thing and habits will still be there for a while. But, it will get better.
