It's been a little quiet on here, and I'm curious.

I genuinely want to know how everybody's doing. Are you well? Struggling? Need to talk? Things couldn't be better? etc.

Me, well, I've been meditating, mastering my thoughts, and journaling, and it helps me a bit when I want to hurt myself.

I've been nervous lately, since I turned 22, I don't know where I'm going in life,or what I'm going to do, but at the same time I'm excited at all the possibilities before me, I merely need to apply myself.

That's it for me. Smile

Thanks for the update on how you are. I guess for the most part I have been doing well. There was one relaps about a week ago but other than that things have been been going ok.

I'm glad you're doing well, and ok is good, ok is stable, right? Smile

I think we're all striving for that.

I agree. It is all relative to something and any improvement is good. But you're right. It is quiet here.

Still mastering my urges and going on working on year number 6. One close call that reminded me my support groups are awesome here and at home but I am doing alright. Still clean and chugging away. Been a struggle lately but I am honestly put to the test on a regular basis on how important it is to stay positive and to reach out when you are at your lows to keep your battle with SI in check.

You are right too, it has been a little too quiet on here lately....

I'm a recovering self injurer (clean 5yrs about),have Severe tendonitis, Sinusitis, Asthma, Allergies, Insomnia, RA, Fibromyalgia, TMJD, MDD, and a host of other traumas I have overcome throughout my life.
Im not an expert, but I have been through hell and back with medical procedures and medicine treatments.
Im getting my degree in Pharmacology, and want to learn more about how these problems can be treated.
My worst enemy is my health, and I believe I have the strength to not let it get me down.

DragonGirl: I know what you mean. I was good for about 8 years and then, boom, flashback, and I was like,"What do I do? What can help?" in a panic, and then I relapsed and went back to SIing. I was real annoyed too.

Peasha: Whoa, you go girl!6 years!I know what you mean too, if I didn't have mdjunction to rant, or the friends on here to talk to, I'd be lost. It's easier knowing how many of us are going through the same thing and that if others can overcome it, well, so can we.
