Hi guys. I am new here and struggle with self-injury. Over the years my self-harm has taken many forms. Right now, I am struggling with hitting myself. My self-harm got really bad last year, to the point where I was left with big bruises.

I want to stop, and am seeing a counselor, but I know I have a long road ahead of me. I feel alone since I struggle with a less well-known form of self-harm. Can anyone relate?
