Hi guys, dont judge me, but how are there so many stories of people committing suicide by cutting their wrists??? I have been cutting for several years and have never been able to go that deep. I mean I have nasty scars, but I dont seem to be able to go deep enough for serious results. What do i need to do to go deeper? Im not trying to die, I just cant stand not having that amount of blood

To be honest.....I don't think we should answer that question, because if we do you might (accidentally or on purpose) do some serious harm to yourself........i'm not judging, I wanted to let you know I read, but i'm not going to answer your question eiether.

I don't feel comfortable answering that question either. It is better sometimes to not know - and the answer to this question is better not known.

Instead ask yourself the questions -

1. What should I do to experience meaning in my life?

2. How can show that I am thankful and grateful towards the people that love and care for me?

3. What am I most grateful for today and how does it make me feel?

4. What is my worth? Am I validating my worth to myself?

5. How can I pursue happiness and leave life to the fullest instead of obsessing about death and suicide?

I hope you find peace of mind in your spirit!

Im sorry Caligirl but we can't answer that question because it would go against what we are trying to do in our support group. I am also going to have to lock this post because I can't allow anyone else to answer this as well. We are about supporting people to stop SI not encouraging it and telling eachother how to make our wounds worse. I am sorry but this kind of topic is too close to telling eachother how to commit suicide by accident for me to allow it. Hope you can understand.
