So i have repeatedly slipped and this is something that I am ashamed of and devastated it. Because of this I have decided that right now is not the time for me to stop. I am just not ready. I appreciate everything that all of you have done for me and am sorry for wasting your time.

College girl, we are here for you when you need it. Just cause you are choosing to self harm, doesn't mean you can't still come here for support. If you feel you;re not ready, than you're not ready. I would however suggest gettiing some professional help to help get it thru whatever it is that is stressing you out and making you cut.

I have tried to get help but i keep on getting refered to someone else because they don't having a sliding scale payment option or they tell me they don't take chronic pain patients. I don't know where else I can find one.

Hun we are here for you and care about your safety and well being. You are a great asset but you must believe in your self and stay positive. Go to your medication companys and ask for help, then try to speak with your doctors and tell them the issues with both you and money that you are having. Lastly we may not be awesome but if you will open up to our memebers when you are down I think many will have lots of advice.

I have no medical training and give advice purely on personal experience. This in no way replaces proper medical attention.

I agree. If you talk to your doctors or to the medication company the might be able to give you a break. What about some help from a county hospital or samples to help for a period. I hope you stick with us here no matter if we are slipping or not, we all need to feel like we are accepted and you are here.

Oh shit. I understand that. I talked with my therapist because my co-pay was outrageous and he was willing for me to give him less and see him every other week to help spread out the amount of money. I would look online in your area too, because alot of times the State will have specific hospitals and doctors that will work for them for no fee or less fees. Maybe that would work

My parents just can't get help and i really don't feel like going into why right now.I first went to the school counseling center and they first time told me they didnt think i could stop and then the second time told me that they dont deal with chronic pain people and refered me to someone. I talked to this guy who was like I dont do sliding scale and refered me to this other guy who said she was full and refered me to someone else, but they dont do chronic pain people eiather. I've tried calling around but i just keep on getting refered to someone else.
