I personally don't have any kids (yet) but I can only imagine what a parent goes through when their child is diagnosed with some sort of complication or dysfunction. What's the key factor that you parents/families keep in mind when you have a child with a dysfunction? I found several mini-documentary videos about children treated at Phoenix Children's Hospital who have had to deal with and overcome serious illnesses and life-threatening disabilities. It’s really inspiring to see and hear their stories of survival and the network of love and dedication that was given.

Like this one for example...this poor girl had scoliosis and she used to get teased in school! How horrible!! Just watching her video made me cry! She was able to get fully treated and now she's fine, but I can only imagine being a teen, dealing with something like that http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=36278576

So just an fyi to families facing medical struggles, or anyone who could use a little hope should really take a look - there are also other videos that can be viewed at pchhandprints.org as well
