When I was at 80 degrees I was told that I had to be operated on asap as the curve was crushing my heart and lungs. Depending on her age I would suggest she would need to talk to her doctor about surgery. Pills only mask the problem, not solve them and it sounds like she needs support from a spine surgeon who can tell her some options ...
