"Small central disc protrusion and annular tears at L4-5 and L5-S1."

An odd diagnosis, says my doctor, because I'm only 16.

And the culprit is genetics. Gotta love genetics.

HI hun

That is good news.

You can work to restore your self by stretching and ecercise.

You are young and that gives you a huge advantage. This may be a big problem for someone who is 45 but at your age it is completely reversible.

Just do not allow the doctor to talk you into any sort of surgery - because you are so young that you do not need it - you will heal.

And you can roll the injury back with stretching and exercise.

go to physical therapy to learn the proper stretches and exercises.

huigs, Raoul

I am not a doctor - and my advice is purely from my personal experience and my opinion!!
