Bipolar disorder can sometimes involve the symptom of hallucinations. It can be sight, hearing, smell, taste and even feelings of the skin that are affected. I suggest getting back on your regimen of bipolar meds and discussing the voices with your psychiatrist so that they can get you on a low dose of anti-psychotic meds to alleviate the problem.
