HAHAHA. It depends on the orthopedic surgeon but normally it takes a couple of months to get in for an appt and usually at least a couple of months after that to have the surgery. I had surgery under Dr. Keith Bridwell of St. Louis, MO who is one of the best spine surgeons in the US. I would recommend him highly!... No doctor can predict everything is going to be fine. When you have surgery they have to cut through nerve and muscle which means you have to heal and sometimes it doesnt always go away when everything regenerates.
